I'm real rusty at doing this. xD I am calling this finished, just because when I go to retouch it, it goes to the non-shaded version, which is tweeking me off sorry. ):
Well, Half done with tablet and the rest of the colouring done with a laptop pad. It's my Kougra NachtEis.

Okay, so I've been meaning to draw a character of mine named Anubis of Dark Fire. This afternoon I had some free time, so I decided to draw on oekaki. This is his human or even zoomorphic form. He's not a very happy person.

I will color it if I can, and if I find the time/will to do so. I had no idea I could draw so well on a computer xD

I really like the picture.
It's sad and simple, yet detailed as well.

I really like the use of halftones on the neopet in the background, and the watercolor-blurred look everywhere else.

This is Myana_asif, my neopet before I painted her checkered.

All in all, I don't like the shading around the muzzle area (I'm bad at muzzles) or her right leg..it doesn't curve into the left like it would do if she really were sitting down..

which by the way, this is a stop-motion type of picture, where she's not quite sitting down, but not quite standing up, which is why her tail is the way it is.

I haven't played Neopets in over three years. I don't really plan on playing again, kinda grown out of it. But I really missed drawing my characters, and when i was showing my friend what an oekaki was i had an urge to draw on one again- And why not draw one of my favourite neopets characters? Doaki the lupe, enjoy :)

(I miss photoshop :( It stopped working ><)

My first picture ^^ This is my second time using an oekaki and I just resently got a tablet so I still have a bit of work to do. Saw some people using halftones so I decided to experiment a bit with them. :) I apologize for the background, Im really bad when it comes to backgronds. Anyways, this is my fire kacheek as more of a half human.

tablets take some getting used to. i've had mine for 4 months now.. and the art doesn't relate to what i can do with a pencil.

as for crits the only thing that bothers me about this is the dark colors and the nose :D xD.
