Hay; overall the boards have been less than active so we've been pretty lenient. I can see you worked really hard on this, but there's some areas that can do with some fine tuning. In a few places you've let the colors bleed out of the lines, and areas like the panties where you've done nothing at all. There's a few places as well where the lines are is sloppy and incomplete. Also, I never recommend mixing solid line art with watercolors. Finally, it's great that you wanted to create space with the background, but the coloring looks like you totally gave up.
Amazing detail work without being too detailed! This would be the 'simplicity' i would strive for. I didn't notice it until the animation, but the right shoulder is a little detached. Really good shadow work, and choice of color. I feel like you've been classically trained!
This is wonderful.
I love the concept, first of all.
The coloring is absolutely amazing, especially near the bottom where it reminds me of actual watercolor.
The facial expression is awesome, you did a really good job placing everything and the hair flows realistically.
It's been a while. I don't know if anyone remembers me as buzzibee, but I needed to get back into just making doodlly art for fun. She's looking over into the distance. I was inspired by the stark contrasting yellow work below. And my mother's pansies. :)
This is a very well done piece, the pansies are flawless and the fabric and hair are wonderful as well, even the skin in shaded in a lovely fashion. However I do have one piece of constructive advice, her hand although well done, is a bit large and the ear is almost too far back or perhaps too low on the skull, wonderful overall composition though! <3

Because clothes are so bothersome to draw | Time:
Clothes are bothersome sometimes. And we all love a bit of skin now and then. I agree she has a native American feel. I like the look in her eyes, like she's deep in thought about something that's troubling her.
I like the expression you managed to convey. She kind of has this wild "come hither look" that's highly appealing. I also like the smooth, subtle shadowing of the hair, its just enough without being overdone. Very clean line art as well.
I really love the colors and the simple yet detailed lines. Not sure if I like the feather at the bottom it seems a little to sketchy compared to the rest of the picture. Same with the birds. Maybe if they were more streamlined it would look better?
Anyway, it feels like she's morning and she's waking up to a new dawn. I'm reading too much into a picture. Go me! :D
