You did a very good job with the character, the shadows really give a lot of depth and other than her lack of collar bone the anatomy is very good.

[Edit] it's looking much better! Still a bit empty though, think you could touch it up and the collar bone bit more?

Can tell you spent a lot of effort conceptualizing the picture - came out very lovely.
Only thing is Ino's bikini bottom might be a bit thin, it looks like the backing of a thong right now, and the bulge in naruto's suit is a bit unnatural.

I adore the print on the bow you gave the character.
Maybe the bow could use some shading too? It feels a little out of place with how shaded the rest of the character is.
The bottom of (his) right arm could also use a little more flesh on the bottom cause it looks like a small part of the elbow is missing right now.

I'm not real familiar with this buble character but that's some great anatomy you got going on there.
The shading is nice but a little rough, going in with a smaller brush and smoothing it out will make it look much better .

Overall, gotta say, pretty good to look at ; )

Also, I'm in the middle of trying to make the koi fish background more appealing, I'm just having troubles figuring out exactly what I'm gonna do with it to make it look better than it looks right now. IDK, I'll work on it.

The detail on the dragon is very nice :) If you're worried about backgrounds you should try using the same style you use for the foreground in the background. ;)

He's almost there. I'd like to see the perspective lock in to place a little better, though. The two characters don't match perspective, and neither really match the background. The lighting and folds look nice, although it also could be a little more consistent. Keep up the hard work!
