The toughest thing about water colours (at least in my opinion) is getting clear definition and sharp, clean lines. The one criticism I have of this is the edge of the flower that sits against the peachy coloured background is lacking that solid line and definition. It sort of blends into the background and I loose track of where the flower ends and where the background begins. In your reference picture the flower and background are highly contrasting colours, which makes the clean line definition much easier. Have a look at some pictures with lighter subjects and lighter backgrounds and see the way darker, deeper shadows around the edges help with definition.
Aside from that, the shading on the leaves and petals is very nice, and the flower looks very soft and delicate and gorgeous. This is a great realism piece! Can't wait to see more :)

This is gorgeous piece, I have to admit this is one of my favorite flowers..everytime i do look at onei am instantly filled with peace and your shading and yrou warm color wiht touches of cool colors has created this same feeling the live one does for me :) thank you for this!

I love the wings in this picture, they look like an extention of the clouds grafted to her back. My only real criticism is her left arm, because the angle of it looks a bit off.

And yes! The wings are fluffily gorgeous.

I always love how brave you are to try different and more unconventional poses for your drawings. Though yes, the left arm is bending at a bit of a painful angle here.

Nevertheless, beautiful piece, and keep drawing on :)

Even if your DA gallery is seeing him lots, I doubt they are annoyed. As always your art is really awesome. I love your colors; even though the bg was meant for a cool feel with blues, you still manage to give him a warmer feeling with his pinks and magentas. It's a really good image in my opinion! <3
